In August 2023, DBTC sounded off the “Hudyat”, a Filipino term for senyas, tanda or kahandaan, which was the start of the 5-year Road Map to the 75th anniversary of the institution. Last April 4-5, 2024, the President, Vice Presidents and Directors crafted strategic plans that charted the course for the institution's growth and excellence.
