For the Good of Young People: First Session of the SEPP Workshop
June 24, 2024 - Representatives from various sectors of the Educative Pastoral Community of DBTC Mandaluyong gathered for the Salesian Educative Pastoral Plan (SEPP) meeting held at the Pastoral Center. The workshop was facilitated by Fr. Joel Camaya, SDB, who began with a general overview of the SEPP and its place in the Salesian tradition. He emphasized that the primary purpose of crafting such a plan is for the good of young people.
Fr. Joel then discussed the different elements and components of the SEPP and explained the process of crafting the plan, providing examples to illustrate the content. The workshop included initial discussions about the context of DBTC Mandaluyong according to the various dimensions of the SEPP. Participants were divided into small groups to discuss a particular dimension assigned to them.
