ADMISSIONS PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS

 
 

Qualifications

  1. 18-30 years old Male or Female

  2. Senior High School Graduate

  3. Physically and Mentally Fit

STEP I. APPLICATION

A.   Log in to DBTC website: https://dbmanda.one-bosco.org/admissions-forms

B.   Download and fill out the application form.*

C.   Submit a photo or scanned copy of the duly accomplished application form to dbmanda_admissions@one-bosco.org together with the following requirements:

  1. Latest Copy of Grades

  2. PSA Birth Certificate

  3. Passport size colored ID picture

D.   Secure exam permit from the Admissions Office. 

*Walk-in Applicants may fill out the application form in the Admissions Office.

STEP II.  TESTING PROCEDURE AND INTERVIEW

A.    Be at the Testing Area 15 minutes before the test. 

B.    Present exam permit.

C.    Proceed to the designated place for the interview.

 

STEP III.  ENROLLMENT

Successful applicants will be notified through email to proceed with the enrollment process.

 

Requirements for Enrollment

A.  Submit the following required documents to the Registrar’s Office:

  • a.     Original copy of Grade 12 SF9 /  Form 138 for Freshmen

  • b.     Transfer credentials for transferees

  • c.     Original PSA Birth Certificate

  • d.     Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (for Catholic applicants only)

  • e.     Passport size ID picture

  • f.      Medical and X-ray Results Certificate

  • g.     Photocopy of Vaccination Card

  • h.     Parent’s ITR

B. Pay the initial fee of 3,000
