Dumanglas claims quintuple golds — crowned as MVP!

Bosconian swimmer Kenzzie Trey S. Dumanglas is dubbed as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) after his overwhelming performance at the Langoy Pilipinas Swim Meet last February 16.

The “Gentle Giant” made a historic run at the meet after notching the top spots in the 200 meter freestyle, 50 meter freestyle, 50 meter backstroke, 50 meter breaststroke, and the 200 meter medley relay with the Atlantean Dolphins Swim Club. He also claimed a sole bronze in the 50 meter butterfly, bringing up a total of half a dozen medals.

Dumanglas also entered the SKINS event, in which a tanker would tread multiple bouts of the 50 meter pool to achieve a fast enough time in each race. After a grueling eight rounds, our man was the last man standing and was hailed as the champion of the race and the MVP of the competition.

Dumanglas is a testament to Saint John Bosco’s encouragement of, “Doing your duties extraordinarily well.” Continue to make us proud Kenzzie! We are very incredibly proud of you. Ascende Superius!
