Greywolves in Division Meet Palaro 2024
Bosconian athletes showcased their athletic prowess in the recent DepEd Division Meet held at Feb. 5, Highway Hills Integrated School. Competing in various sports, these young athletes displayed determination and skill in representing DB Mandaluyong.
In badminton, Ferdinand V. Fajardo V, Lorenz Gabriel Nipas, and Lance Andrew V. Luis demonstrated exceptional teamwork, securing the First Runner-Up title in the Boys' Secondary category.
Meanwhile, the Boys' Secondary Basketball 5x5 team, composed of Gil Salvador P. Decena, James Kyle F. Luy, Joshua Gabe Estuita, Roch Rodmy C. Espedido, Zachary Ciel V. Magbuo, Vaughn Joachim O. Topacio, and Hubert Salazar, exhibited resilience and coordination throughout their matches.
The Girls' Secondary Swimming team, represented by Andreanna Lois R. Bautista, made waves in the pool, qualifying for the NCR Meet with outstanding performances in various events.
In the Boys' Secondary Swimming category, Kenzzie Trey Dumanglas emerged as a standout qualifier, showcasing his swimming prowess.
Even the Elementary level athletes from Don Bosco Technical College made their mark. In football, a team of dedicated players displayed their skills on the field, led by Aiden Lucas Flores, Juan Carlos Arenal, Zyrus Uriel Pacrem, Joshua Amiel Quita, Jose Madeus Funtanar, Mikhael Jacen Vizconde, Levi Jan Kaw, Joaquin Miguel Deauna, John Dominic Casiano, Kazzter Troy Angeles, Ethan Aldous Mangaliag, Eldin Drex Malabanan, Karl Matthew Tolentino, Lukas Dylan Molina, and Zeus B. Darbin.
Furthermore, Kyle R. Cansanay showcased remarkable talent in the Boys' Elementary Swimming events, earning qualifications for the NCR Meet with impressive victories.
It's noteworthy that the swimming events took place at PhilSports Arena, Pasig City, adding to the prestige of the competition.
Overall, the students of Don Bosco Technical College, Mandaluyong, exhibited sportsmanship, skill, and dedication, making their school proud in the DepEd Division Meet.
