Mr. Ken Terrado Kishimoto, MAEd, RPm, LPT, Human Resources Director of Don Bosco Technical College has been elected as part of the National Board of Directors of the Asian Association of School HRMD Practitioners, Inc. (AASHPI). Mr. Kishimoto together with the ten (10) esteemed and dedicated Human Resource professionals around the Philippines will lead the organization starting January 1, 2024. Given the opportunity to serve as part of the Board of Directors, Mr. Kishimoto has also been elected as the President of the AASHPI NCR Chapter.

The election and induction of the new Board of Directors and Chapter Officers were held on October 4, 2023 during the 24th Asian Association of School HRMD Practitioners, Inc. (AASHPI) National Convention with the theme “Transforming HR in the Academe through the HR LENS: Learn, Empower, Navigate, Synthesize.”

Asian Association of School HRMD Practitioners, Inc. (AASHPI) is the leading human resource association in the Philippines and in Asia committed to excellence in people management and organizational development, research, innovation, linkages, and advocacies. This association provides an avenue for collaboration between schools, colleges and universities.

As one community, we would like to congratulate Mr. Kishimoto for his achievements. His officership with AASHPI will promote Don Bosco Schools and advocate Salesian Education on a bigger platform in the field of Human Resources.
